Assistant Store Manager – Pandora Asheville Outlets

We are seeking a passionate and customer‑focused assistant store manager to support the store manager in delivering exceptional shopping experiences at Pandora Asheville Outlets, Asheville, NC.

• Assist the store manager with day‑to‑day operations and coaching the sales team.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Build genuine connections with customers, creating unforgettable shopping moments.
• Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to team members to achieve KPI goals.
• Develop brand ambassadors by fostering accountability and a customer‑first culture.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards and ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Support hiring and training of sales associates and sales leads.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Results‑oriented leadership with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results.
• Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to delegate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 + pounds.
