Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies by properly handling returns; zoning the area; arranging and organizing merchandise; and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provides member service by maintaining exit areas; reviewing member receipts; acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; assisting members with locating merchandise.
• Maintains self‑checkout area; resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services; provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology; processes member purchases; assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types; assists members with transactions utilizing self‑checkout area.
• Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity; maintains paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; executes emergency response procedures; ensures compliance with company security and safety practices.
• Assists with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures; teaches new technology and tool functionality; delivers new program rollout training; provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00–$25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances; premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
