- Training salary ranges from 60-70K
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Operations Manager located in Asheville, NC area. The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage and train employees, and maintain a high standard of food quality and preparation. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while adhering to company procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role encompasses both management and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the business.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to foster a positive dining and work environment
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising employees to build a skilled and motivated team
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous leadership or management experience in the restaurant or food service industry is highly desirable
