Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join a motivated team just south of Asheville, NC. This position will hold responsibility for the daily operations of a full-service upscale restaurant and all banquets and private events held on the property. You will oversee a banquet manager and a FOH manager for the restaurant, reporting directly to the GM. This organization carries strong family values, ties to the community, and dedication to the development of its team members, all with a jaw-dropping view.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 + Health Insurance, 401K w/match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

• 5 years of previous upscale casual full-service restaurant management experience
• Prefer experience with overseeing banquets and private events
• Knowledge of social media platforms and fluent in Microsoft Office
• Thorough knowledge of food, wine, beer, liquor, and craft cocktails
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to cultivate engagement
• Ability to develop and motivate a successful team
• Customer service oriented with a hospitality mindset
• Ability to multi-task and delegate tasks appropriately
