Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef II to lead culinary operations at one of our premier healthcare accounts. As a key culinary leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence in food preparation, staff training, recipe compliance, and overall kitchen efficiency — while ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards, especially Jayco/TJC compliance.

• Lead and inspire the culinary team to execute high-quality, nutritious meals aligned with Morrison and Compass Group standards
• Train and develop kitchen staff in food preparation, presentation, sanitation, and safety best practices
• Drive culinary innovation while maintaining recipe consistency and standardization
• Ensure strict compliance with Jayco/TJC standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Oversee daily kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory, and ordering
• Collaborate with the Division Culinary team to implement strategic initiatives and offer onsite culinary support
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive dining experience for patients, guests, and staff
• Maintain all necessary records and documentation to meet internal audits and external inspections
• Monitor kitchen efficiency and cost control while upholding quality and service excellence

• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume culinary leadership role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
• Strong understanding of Jayco/TJC compliance, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Compass Group and Morrison Healthcare culinary policies and procedures is a plus
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in food service
• Serv Safe Certification required
• Excellent inventory management and budgeting skills
