Restaurant Executive Chef
115 seats, Dinner Shift. 5 Day Work Week! Exceptional Salary+Bonus.
Will oversee sous chef and 7 culinarians. Dinner is elegant dining with a emphasis on steaks. Dinner entrees range from $35 to $90 for a Steak.
Responsibilities and Job description Restaurant Executive Chef:- Partnership with the General Manager and Owner.
- Responsible for the overall quality and profitability of the restaurant. Ensures that systems function efficiently so that guests are satisfied and the front and back of house team members work in a happy rewarding environment.
- Sanitation, purchasing, portion control, scheduling, kitchen systems, hiring- training- onboarding, coaching and disciplinary action.
- Cost Controls:
Food, Labor, Other. - Able to implement creative seasonal menus and nightly specials.
- Response to the needs of the servers who are assisting the guest’s needs.
*** This position is salary based and offers a bonus plan.
- 2+ years of experience with upscale dining.
