Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit – Western North Carolina

Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend; patient ratios 4:1 at grid, 5:1 stretched; 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Current North Carolina RN license or willingness to obtain
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
• Neuro and trauma care experience strongly preferred
• Experience with chest tubes, PCA pumps, IV infusions, blood transfusions, and feeding tube placement
• Ability to float to stepdown and medical-surgical units as needed
