As a Locum NP/PA, you will play a crucial role in managing patient assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in the field of cardiology. Your expertise will help us ensure that our patients receive the best possible care while supporting the overall goals of our practice.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Monitor and manage patient progress and response to treatments
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current with cardiology best practices and advancements

• Associate degree in Nursing or related field
• Valid NP or PA license in the state of practice
• Experience in cardiology or related medical field preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Basic computer skills for electronic health record management

Schedule:

12-hour day shifts, 7 days per week

Duties:
Rounding, consults, procedures, etc.

Required Procedures:
Arterial line placement, central line placement, cardioversion

Support Staff:
Hospitalists and cardiologists; pulmonary critical care and CV surgery support as needed

EMR:
Cerner

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
