Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CICU position with night shifts and a minimum of one year recent CICU experience.

• Work in the CICU unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Care for critically ill cardiac patients in an intensive care environment
• Provide care to critically ill cardiac patients in a collaborative team setting
• Assignment requires coverage of night shifts across weekends and holidays as needed
• Candidates must submit copies of certifications and complete application materials for consideration
• Orientation will be provided by unit staff

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• At least one year of recent CICU experience required
• Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates allowed)
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Minimum one professional reference required;
  Florida and Missouri require two
