- Medical ICU experience in a large facility
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Comfort with advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Experience with ventilator management
Advanced Skills
- Ventilator management
- Critical care pharmacology, including IV sedation, paralytics, and vasopressors
- Advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Central line management
Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
