The Progressive Care Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers, supporting pre-operative and post-operative nursing activities. The RN advocates for patients to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures as ordered by medical providers.
• Document care accurately and promptly in the medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
