Job Summary and Qualifications

The Hospice Home Health - Clinical Team Manager is responsible for the operations of the clinical team by providing daily oversight to the clinical, management, quality and business activities. The CTM facilitates the management of clinical practice and patient care delivery through problem-solving and collaboration with peers, under the oversight of the Program Director.

* Oversees daily operations to ensure processes are efficient and effective in meeting department goals and objectives.

* Demonstrates leadership through supervision, facilitation, and coordination of clinical care.

* Collaborates with clinical leadership in organizational planning, innovations, and evaluation of initiatives.

* Contributes to professional development of staff, students, and colleagues in an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

* Participates as a member of the team to achieve business goals.

* Recruits and retains qualified staff by creating a friendly and supportive environment that promotes growth and learning in order to retain staff.

What qualifications you will need:

Required

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval.

Required License /

Certifications:

* Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.

* BLS Healthcare Provider

Required Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant post-acute or hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:

Previous supervisory experience.
