Our Clients, an industry leaders in manufacturing, is seeking an Assembly and Warehouse professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly and Warehouse

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: $17-20

Shift: Varied

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to design specifications and quality standards
• Select components, align, and assemble them in proper sequence using hand tools and power tools
• Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components following electrical diagrams and color codes
• Inspect parts during assembly to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Clean, pack, and prepare final products for shipment while adhering to safety protocols

• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and specifications
• Experience with hand tools, drills, rivet guns, and other assembly equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to perform various tasks and support team operations
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to changing production needs
