* Operators prepare machines for operation, load machines with material, enter data into machine’s computer controls, inspect and monitor machine and adjust different inputs, pressures and speeds to maintain quality.
* Operators monitor and record product and material types, temperatures, speeds, pressures, quantity counts and quality checking materials and products.
* Quality checks include preparing product samples, weighing samples, measuring widths and thickness and evaluating visual appearance of products.
* Machine Operators also perform housekeeping and work area organization duties and any required duties directed by supervisor or management.#

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
* Operator must obtain and maintain a Fork Truck certification.
* High level of commitment and flexibility
* Willingness and ability to work swing shifts
* Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
