* Provide comprehensive support to distributors and sales partners, including training, motivation, and strategic sales guidance.
* Oversee project tracking and manage sales engagement throughout the value chain, ensuring alignment with sales and profitability objectives.
* Lead specification-driven sales efforts by influencing key decision-makers such as consulting engineers, building owners, and government officials.
* Coordinate technical support and technical marketing initiatives to address customer needs and drive solution-based selling.
* Manage administrative and strategic tasks including CRM updates, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and input on marketing and personnel plans.#

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration
* Distributor management, product management or similar industry-related experience
* Technical skills/aptitude in construction practices and building product applications.
* Experience in the Construction/Building market is ideal.
* Ability to travel 50%-60%
