Overview
Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations and drive growth at their Asheville, NC location. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch performance, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional experience for customers and team members.
The Branch Manager will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to manage inventory, improve processes, and execute local business strategies. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to balance operational execution with relationship-driven sales support.
Qualifications- 2+ years of Branch Management experience
- Metrics reporting experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in Asheville or the surrounding areas
- Competitive Salary + Bonus
- YR 1 OTE: $132K+
