• Base Pay is $20/hour after a quick training period at $17.50/hour (100-hour max training period). Experience and quick results can lead to up to $20/hour sooner. It is common for newer hires to earn $20-$23/hour with base pay and bonuses.
• Additional earnings through tips, bonuses, and supplies management

• $1,000 Sign-on bonus after 400 hours worked
• Paid Time Off - Starts accruing from day 1
• Additional earnings from client tips, when applicable (typical range $2-$5 per hour for residential cleaning)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data plan
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
• Clean background check
• Work authorization in the United States
• Commuter-friendly location in the greater Asheville/Buncombe area

• All cleaning equipment and supplies provided
