Nice & Fresh Cleaners is in search of individuals that have a passion for being of service and a certain knack for all things clean. No professional cleaning experience is required, but an awareness for detail is important. We very much value integrity in character and a desire to be helpful and of service for others.

We can work the right candidates into part-time or full-time schedules.

Residential shifts available during daytimes Monday - Friday. Full time and part time availability. We are able to offer some flexibility in scheduling for our staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay is $20 hour after a quick training period at $17.50/hour (100-hour max training period).

Experience and quick results can get up to $20 base pay quicker than the 100 hours of training. It is common for even newer hires to earn $20 - $23 per hour with base pay, and bonuses.

• Additional earnings through tips, bonuses, supplies management

• $1,000 Sign-on bonus given @ 400 hours worked
• Paid Time Off - Starts accruing from day 1
• Although not guaranteed, an additional $2 to $5 per hour received from client tips on average is common for our residential cleaning staff.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data plan
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
• Clean background check
• Work authorization in the United States
• This is a commuter heavy job. The job is best for candidates that live within the greater Asheville/Buncombe area.
