The Real Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to company‑owned property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes
• Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting
• HVAC filter changes and maintenance
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing electrical outlets and covers
• Must have knowledge of an assortment of hand tools

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen.
• Related construction or maintenance experience is desired.
• Has strong time management, organizational skills, with particular attention to detail.
• Must have general handyman expertise and knowledge.
• Ability to complete maintenance tasks, as directed.
