Job Description:

An RN position is available in the Emergency Department unit located in Asheville, North Carolina. The role requires a skilled nurse ready to work in a high-volume emergency setting.

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively as part of an emergency department team.
• Ensure patient experience requirements are met using AIDET and respectful behavior.
• Update patient boards and keep patients informed throughout their visit.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or similar high-volume ER setting.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED and ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
