Overview

PRN Residential Support Staff - PRN as needed to cover shifts (Days, Evening, Overnights and weekend shifts).

Location:

Asheville, NC. Pay:
Starting at $17.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

• Provide safety and security of the facility both inside and outside doing hourly rounds
• Support residents in maintaining healthy sleep schedules
• Completes bed checks as needed
• Completes timely documentation
• Assists in cleaning and organizing of community spaces
• General knowledge of resident’s goals, build rapport, and provide support
• Administration of routine and as needed medications for residents, work in the med room
• Problem-solve and work in crisis situations
• Communicate to shift staff for support when help is needed

• Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with a clear to acceptable driving record to be on Cooper Riis driver insurance; administration medical training a plus.
• Previous experience working in a residential community or transitional living program preferred
