The Lab Technologist III will process and analyze patient samples, monitor QC, ensure all instruments are maintained properly, and enter patient results in their department. Position may require Lab Tech III to conduct training for new employees. Must meet regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Biological or Chemical Science from an accredited institution, a degree in Medical Technology or a MLT Certification. Candidates must be able to demonstrate competency in multiple assays, troubleshoot routine issues, and train others on sample analysis. Candidates must be an excellent problem solver, detail oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player. This position requires a minimum of the following clinical laboratory work experience post completion of the relevant degree:
- MLT degree must have 6 years of subsequent clinical laboratory training or experience.
- MT degree must have 4 years of subsequent clinical laboratory training or experience.
- BS degree must have 4 years of subsequent clinical laboratory training or experience.
