Whole Family Therapy is a thriving private group practice dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our mission is to help individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. We are currently seeking to add two passionate licensed therapist to join our team.

Ideal candidates will:
- Be grounded in trauma-informed care with a family systems or attachment-based lens
- Bring warmth, curiosity, and professionalism to both clients and colleagues

- Have a strong interest in working with children, adults and/or families
- Be eager to contribute to a thriving, learning-centered community
- Full Clinical Support: We handle all referrals, client screening, and scheduling so you can focus on therapy.
- Aligned Caseload: We match clients with your clinical strengths and give you autonomy to determine fit.

- Biweekly IFS-informed consultation group for clinicians working with children & families
- Weekly in-house clinical meetings
- Yearly CEU stipend

- Admin Support: Credentialing & insurance billing handled in-house
- HIPAA-compliant EHR & email system
- Help with writing your bio and Psychology Today profile
- Web presence, SEO, and marketing covered (including Google Ads and professional photos)
- Compensation for meetings & consultations
- Current licensure in North Carolina (LCMHCA or LCMHC)
- Strong clinical knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatments
- Skilled in trauma-informed, client-centered care
- Excellent listening, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficient in basic computer and EHR systems
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to continued professional growth
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy using developmentally and clinically appropriate interventions
- Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation
Participate in team meetings and consultations - Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed
- Stay current on clinical best practices and continuing education
