Your Role

As an Oasis Practice Performance Manager, you engage directly with practices to drive risk, quality, and clinical performance. You serve as a critical partner to our providers by delivering education that supports their senior patients. Building strong relationships and trust helps you understand challenges and create solutions to enable the care all patients deserve.

Responsibilities
  • Build Trust:
    Become a trusted practice partner – which enables you to deliver real-time feedback regarding risk capture and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Manage a Practice Portfolio:
    Execute individualized value-based care performance strategies for assigned provider practices leveraging analytics, reporting, and in-person engagement. Discern the amount of time and effort required for each practice based on its unique needs and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Drive Value Based Care Performance:
    Demonstrate in-year performance improvement against the core four performance levers of risk, quality, clinical, and growth. Support providers in their migration from fee for service to value-based care.
  • Support Provider

    Education:

    Provide analytics, reporting and education to providers on value-based care performance. Connect providers to Oasis subject matter experts and/or support Oasis programs to help further their understanding and support their practice.
  • Support Technology Adoption:
    Work with provider offices to ensure they have the technology enabled to execute annual wellness visits, understand medication adherence and cancer screening opportunities for patients.

About

You
  • You possess an advanced degree and at least two years of value-based care healthcare experience; or have a High School Diploma plus relevant expertise.
  • You have deep health plan or provider experience to demonstrate credibility to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • You have a proven record of partnering with physician leaders regarding Medicare Advantage risk transformation.
  • You have fluency supporting a Profit and Loss (P&L) business or function.
  • You are comfortable managing change and navigating difficult conversations.
  • Preferred location in market to maximize time with providers (50%+) without overnight travel.
  • You are a relationship oriented, high performing individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You are comfortable working independently and are energized by helping solve problems.

Salary Range: $105,000 USD - $120,000 USD
