Allied Travel Careers  is working with AMN Healthcare Allied to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Asheville, North Carolina, 28803.

Role: Physical Therapist - Home Health (PT - HH)

Start Date: ASAP

Available

Shifts:

10-hour days

• Number of Beds – approximately 70 patients seen by any combination of disciplines
• Staff – 25 (including nursing, rehab, office, and administrative staff)
• Type of staff: PTs, PTAs, OT, RN, CNA, SW; patient visits in home settings
• Weekday schedule:
  Day shifts 8:00–16:30 (Mon-Fri);
  Night shift – NA
• Patient Ratios – 6 visit equivalents per day
• Equipment – Cerner EMR

• Physical Therapist, Home Health
• Experience:
  
  2 years
• Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS/AHA
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History:
  Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
• Previous Home Health Experience Required

• Some knowledge of PDGM or new payment model
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments/evaluations, treatment and care planning
