Weekend and Overnight Caregivers

At First Light Home Care of Asheville, we’re dedicated to hiring the kind of people we would trust with our own families. We’re currently searching for quality caregivers who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others. For these folks, caregiving is not just a job – it’s a calling.

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

We’re looking for part‑time and weekend caregivers, including overnight 12‑hour shifts (7 pm–7 am or 8 pm–8 am). Flexible schedules are available.

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others

• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
