About the Role:
As a Mental Health and Development Clinician, you will:
- Partner with a Care Coordinator/Family Resource Partner/Family Support Partner to support families, including English- and Spanish-speaking households.
- Deliver Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), a dyadic, parent-child treatment model focusing on attachment, development, and trauma-informed care.
- Support caregivers in understanding child development, reflecting on child behavior, problem-solving, and fostering nurturing parent-child relationships.
- Provide consultation to early care and education teachers as needed.

Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Valid licensure (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSWA, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT).
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft 365.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working psychotherapeutically with culturally diverse children and families (0–5 years preferred).
- Knowledge of parent-child therapeutic models, attachment theory, early child development, and trauma-informed care.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, individual & group therapy, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Facilitate relationships between families, schools, local agencies, and the community.
- Support holistic care and referrals for families.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain communication, standardize procedures, and ensure effective treatment delivery.
