Alternative Family Living / AFL – Independent Contractor
Open your home to provide an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities a unique opportunity to live with a family unit. AFL living enables a person to reside in a private home with a family and receive 24‑hour supports and habilitation, including day program or other services as needed.
- Provide a stable, caring home environment where the individual can grow and develop daily living skills toward independence.
- Offer 24‑hour supports and habilitation in a private home setting, coordinating any additional services (e.g., day program).
CNA or DSP experience preferred.
This is an independent contractor position – not an employment role.
