The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Credentialing and Licensing team supports the organization’s ability to deliver uninterrupted services to patients by ensuring payer credentialing, enrollment, and compliance requirements are met across Aeroflow Health and its subsidiaries. The team works closely with Compliance, Legal, Provider Relations, Corporate Development, and Emerging Markets to support growth initiatives and ongoing operations.
The Credentialing and Licensing team plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes role, ensuring Aeroflow maintains strong payer relationships, accurate documentation, and compliance with complex regulatory requirements. This work directly supports Aeroflow’s ability to expand into new markets and continue serving patients without disruption.
This role is primarily based in our Asheville, NC office. While collaboration happens in person, the team operates with flexibility, and a hybrid schedule is preferred

Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Credentialing Coordinator
. The Credentialing Coordinator is typically responsible for managing and supporting payer credentialing and enrollment processes with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and follow‑through.
In this role, the candidate can expect to:
- Manage and submit government (Medicaid) and commercial payer credentialing and revalidation applications
- Proactively communicate with payers regarding application status, documentation needs, and approval timelines
- Maintain accurate, organized credentialing records and supporting documentation
- Partner cross‑functionally with Compliance, Legal, Provider Relations, Corporate Development, and Emerging Markets teams
- Obtain and submit insurance certificates, surety bonds, accreditation documentation, and annual filings
- Prepare and process attestations, provider directory verifications, and roster submissions
- Track and process license renewals related to provider enrollment
- Complete CHOW submissions and other payer‑specific updates
- Maintain digital credentialing files and submission records
- Process inbound payer communications, including physical mail received in‑office
- Maintain copies of in‑office licenses and certifications
- Other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
- Experience in an administrative, operations, compliance, or coordination‑focused role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and database‑style tools
