* ** Lead Safety Culture**:
Promote safety awareness and proactive risk assessment across the Maintenance team.
* ** Implement Predictive Maintenance**:
Deploy advanced preventive technologies for rotating and fixed equipment.
* ** Analyze & Optimize**:
Use data and failure trends to set priorities, schedules, and spare parts strategies.
* ** Apply Best Practices**:
Enhance programs for compressors, motors, pumps, winders, and cooling units.
* ** Resolve Root Causes**:
Conduct failure analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve reliability.#

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or other related)
* 3+ years experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
* Proficient in root cause analysis and FMEA
* Familiar with predictive maintenance technologies (thermography, vibration, oil analysis)
* Understanding of electro-mechanical systems (drives, motors, valves, fans)
* SAP experience a plus
