The City of Franklin is a quiet town in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The city was named for Jesse Franklin, one of two state commissioners who surveyed and organized the town in 1820 as the county seat for what would become Macon County in 1828. Jesse Franklin served North Carolina as a senator and as its 20th governor. The city of Franklin was not formally incorporated until 1855.

Physician Psychiatrist
Franklin CBOC - Franklin, North Carolina.
Current Staffing: FCBOC:
Outpatient, 4 PACT teams, 3,966 enrolled currently, tele-health, optometry, lab, mental health and physical therapy, reports to Medical Director.
Highlights of this position include:
- Potential starting base salary: $260,000 - $270,000.
- Compressed Tour of Duty.
- No on call or weekend shifts.
Additional requirements:
- Board certified or board eligible.
- MD/DO.
