Anesthesiology - Cardiac Physician

Asheville, NC hospital is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team. Cardiac fellowship trained physicians are preferred, but experienced and not fellowship trained candidates will also be considered. Cardiac team shares call equally (1:6) from home with no in-house call responsibility. Weekend and holiday cardiac call is also shared equally by the group. Second busiest program in the state. 1400 bypass annually, 300-400 lung cases, TAVR, LVAD, ECMO, and lots of valves. Base salary is for 41.5 hours/week 42 weeks annually with the option to earn more picking up additional shifts.
