Position DescriptionThree doctors supporting three locations are looking to add a fourth practice in Asheville, NC with a fourth Oral Surgeon. Our team goes the extra mile to make every patient feel comfortable during their treatment. The team is experienced with certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV sedation, outpatient general anesthesia, and all surgical procedures. Our mission is to help patients live healthier lives.
Our doctors are available to our patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we will work with you regardless of your financial situation.
- Base salary is $350,000
- If net collections exceed $1,000,000, 33% of collections is paid.
- Sign-on bonus of $50,000 paid out immediately upon execution of the employment agreement.
- Medical / Vision Insurance
- Dental insurance is direct reimbursement paid by the practice.
- CE payment of $5,000 per annum
- Mileage paid $500 per month / $6,000 per year
- Eligible for 401(k) after 60 days of employment; 4% match (immediately vested)
- Paid vacation
- Malpractice insurance covered
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
