Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Asheville, NC, for an Assistant Construction Manager. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction activities, managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring construction safety, and maintaining project documentation. The role involves active collaboration with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications- Supervisory Skills and Construction experience
- Budgeting and Project Control skills
- Construction Safety knowledge and practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Asheville, NC
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in residential construction is a plus
