Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a DPC Specialist to join our team! Are you looking for a work environment you can be challenged and thrive in, all while working with amazing team members we consider family. Precision Walls is seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn, enthusiastic, and always up for an exciting new challenge.

• Responsible for tracking the production of multiple jobsites weekly, through the DPC program in OST, from start to finish
• Accurately create and manage multiple DPC spreadsheets to be distributed to team weekly
• Work with Superintendents, Project Managers and Foreman to ensure production tracking accuracy
• Attend weekly meetings with Project Managers to review job site and job DPC
• Attend monthly drive meetings on site to give analysis of job DPC
• Track and document fire rated conditions on jobsite through Procore
• Document loose ends, hold ups and damages through Procore
• Follow up with Superintendents, Project Managers and Foreman regarding fire ratings, loose ends, hold up and damages
• Dedicated to accuracy and quality
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following procedures and company standards

Requirements/

Experience:

• Reliable transportation
• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work 7-5:30 if needed
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
• Computer and technology savvy
• Exhibits high attention to detail
• Construction experience to know when work is in place and the steps required to get there
