• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including change orders and submittals.

• Experience with take-offs and general construction processes.
• Knowledge of pre-construction and multi-family construction.
• Ability to develop scope, manage change orders, and oversee tenant improvements.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Plan Swift, and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with building codes, civil engineering, and construction best practices.

• Experience with punch‑out lists, scope development, and request‑for‑information processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
