Secure Restoration is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects following damage from water, fire, mold, or storms. This position bridges the field and the office—you’ll manage client communication, coordinate trades, write scopes and estimates, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is perfect for someone who understands construction inside and out, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage reconstruction projects from post-mitigation through final walkthrough.
- Write accurate scopes of work and estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
- Coordinate subcontractors, material orders, and job schedules.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry best practices.
- Maintain strong communication with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams.
- Track project costs, timelines, and progress to ensure profitability and quality.
- Document all aspects of the project through job management software.
- Resolve conflicts and keep all parties aligned on project goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact.
- Oversee on-site work and perform quality control inspections.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of building trades, construction methods, and code compliance.
- Proficiency in estimating tools, especially Xactimate, is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and field teams.
- No formal education requirement—experience and skills are what matter most.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
