Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences.
  • Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
