The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Handle price changes and signage installation, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver excellent customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladders frequently.
• Communicate effectively, handle contact with poultry, and complete training.
