B2B Systems Analyst

Technimark is a global manufacturing leader serving healthcare, consumer packaging, and specialty industrial markets. As our business continues to expand worldwide, we are seeking a B2B Systems Integration Analyst to maintain and grow our global business-to-business (B2B) connectivity portfolio.

This role takes a global approach—supporting customers, vendors, and production sites across multiple regions. You’ll help establish new customer integrations, optimize existing connections, and drive automation that improves efficiency across our enterprise systems.

• Coordinate with end users and management to identify new B2B integration needs
• Establish and maintain global customer and vendor EDI/B2B connections
• Manage and enhance inter-commerce file structures (X12, XML, EDIFACT)
• Lead integration-related projects, collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors
• Troubleshoot, develop, and optimize system integrations
• Create and modify reports and queries to improve operational efficiency
• Study current systems and recommend scalable improvements
• Automate workflows and outside process integrations where opportunities exist
• Analyze data to determine the most feasible and cost-effective solutions
• Develop system specifications, including input/output requirements
• Document work instructions and integration processes
• Utilize the IT ticketing system to track support activities and issue resolution

• BS in Information Technology or AS in IT with 2-4+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of business workflows and the transactions that support them
• Solid Database experience (Oracle and SQL Server)
• Strong experience in managing EDI/B2B file structures (X12, XML, EDIFACT)
• Reporting and query tool proficiency (Power BI or similar tool is a plus)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all levels of the organization
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple disciplines

This role will allow for a hybrid work environment allowing the candidate to be in the office only a few days a week. Therefore, we request those applying for the position currently located within 60-90 minutes away or less from our Asheboro, NC headquarters.
