Desktop Technician

Installs, configures and maintains computers, associated assemblies and computer-related devices, telephones, and other communication equipment and network and telecommunications infrastructure, and audio/visual equipment and other first line support for various devices.

Requires an A.A.S. degree in information systems operations and maintenance or two years related experience. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal,time management and organization skills. Requires a minimum of two years experience in computer systems maintenance. Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality, use tact and diplomacy in interacting with all customers.
