Salary £13.35 - £14.35 per hour, depending on experience.

Full time: 44 hours, nights (8pm - 8am).

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, inspire, develop and nurture them, and work closely with the nurse to support clinical duties.

You will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care or higher. Prior experience and a passion for caring are essential.

You will receive training in our new digital care system and ongoing professional development.

• Day‑to‑day responsibility for running a unit
• Supporting clinical duties, including medication, care plans, accurate record keeping
• Managing a team of Care Assistants and shift handovers
• Training and supervising new staff
• Building relationships with residents, families and external teams
• Assisting residents with personal care duties
