About the RoleYou will be part of our newly formed Global cash team servicing 23 countries across the world allocating and processing cash receipts across multiple currencies.
Main Responsibilities- Responsible for allocating global customer receipts.
- Assisting with bank reconciliation.
- Managing the allocation of Pay Pal and other receipts from alternative payment platforms.
- Managing direct debit process.
- Support with posting bad debt provision
- Supporting collections with putting accounts on stop.
- Take card payments over the phone.
- Supporting on team projects to standardise processes.
- Experience working in a cash handling role/AR role
- Experience working with multiple currencies.
- Proficient English language skills, any other language would be an asset.
- Ability to time manage and prioritize.
- Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
- Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Service orientated.
- Excellent written/communication skills.
