Azure Architect

We are seeking an experienced Azure Engineer / Architect to review and assess the cloud infrastructure supporting an Umbraco CMS Multisite installation. The role focuses on identifying improvements in security, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

- £550 - £650 p/s depending on experience
- Contract:

Initially until the end of March with possible extension
- Location:

Mainly remote but you will need to be able to get to site as and when needed in Birmingham

Key Responsibilities Review Azure resources including App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, CDN, Key Vault, and networking. Assess CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Evaluate security posture, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery. Analyse performance, scaling configuration, and monitoring setup. Identify cost-saving opportunities and unused or misconfigured resources. Validate alignment with Umbraco hosting best practices. Produce a clear report with findings and recommended actions.
