Siamo Group are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our clients busy operations team in Measham. This is a key role supporting the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse by managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring accurate stock and system records.

Key Responsibilities
Processing goods in and goods out documentation
Updating and maintaining stock records using warehouse management systems
Handling customer and supplier queries via phone and email
Producing reports and supporting inventory audits
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
General administrative support to the warehouse management team About You
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role
Strong IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel; experience with WMS systems preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and proactive approach
