- The position contributes to achieving operational targets and supports overall team performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of relevant prior experience, or Associate degree with related experience.
- Work-related experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
- Perform inventory and warehouse-related tasks following established processes and procedures.
- Identify problems in straightforward situations and escalate issues to the supervisor as needed.
- Communicate within the department to obtain and provide information requiring explanation or interpretation.
- Support operational targets within the job area.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
- Experience with inventory control software.
- Knowledge of hazardous material shipping regulations.
- Familiarity with transportation and shipping compliance standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree preferred.
