Field Service Technician

Job Description Duties

• Installation and Commissioning:
  Install and commission Client systems, ensuring all components are correctly integrated and functioning.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues with Client components
• Software Management:
  Download, update, and verify the accuracy of software used in Client systems.
• Calibration and Testing:
  Calibrate and test HVAC systems and controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitoring and Diagnostics:
  Monitor Client components for efficiency and safety, and provide diagnostics and repairs as needed
• Staying in compliance of company required trainings.

• A minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in applicable fields: (Client controls, HVAC controls, Controls Commissioning, PLC Programming).
• Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and computer networking.
• Previous experience in Client or related fields.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication:
  Good communication skills for coordinating with other technicians and stakeholders
  
  Certifications:
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or Client technologies
• Tech school Grad or a 4yr degree in Mechanical/Electrical is top pick.
