Provide customer service to staff, students, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, athletic fields, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor check-in, directions, and adherence to posted location rules; help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site administration and/or local responders as needed;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal supervision
