Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout a high-technology data center location, including exterior perimeter checks, equipment areas, and common spaces;
Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, processing visitor and vendor check-in, and coordinating escorts when required;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and notifying public emergency services when directed;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation, and communicate security-related observations to supervisors and site stakeholders
