Security Officer - Patrol HS Diploma

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and escalating to site leadership and/or local responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, data halls, support areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and/or access control concerns.;
Monitor access points and security-related systems, verify identification and/or credentials, and control entry for employees, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.;
Complete shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover using approved reporting tools and site communication channels.
